This website runs on servers of Webgo (webgo GmbH; Wandsbeker Zollstr. 95, 22041 Hamburg).The servers are located in Germany (EU). Webgo collects anonymous log files about the use of the web server.

2.1 Webgo: Log files

Webgo provides us with web analytics services through the tools Webalizer and AWStats, which collect, aggregate and analyze data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Among other things, they collect the following data:

Type and version of your internet browser
Operating system of your system
Website from which you linked to our website (referrer URL)
the website(s) of our Internet presence that you visit
the date and time of the respective access
the IP address of the Internet connection or the host name of the accessing computer from which the use of our Internet presence is made

In addition, the server also stores so-called mail log files, which record every e-mail received or sent by the server. Not the content of the e-mail, but the IP address of the respective server, as well as the sender and recipient address are stored. The data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data from you.

Der Zweck der Verwendung ist die Auswertung der Nutzung von Websites zur Verbesserung des Angebots und der Bedienung. Durch die Auswertung kann in Erfahrung gebracht werden, wie die jeweilige Website genutzt wird und so das Angebot der Website stetig optimiert werden. Die auf diese Weise zu Analysezwecken erhoben Daten der Nutzer werden durch technische Vorkehrungen anonymisiert. Daher ist eine Zuordnung der Daten zum aufrufenden Nutzer nicht mehr möglich. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) ist der Betrieb dieser Website sowie die Umsetzung der Schutzziele der Vertraulichkeit, Integrität und Verfügbarkeit der Daten.

3. Contact form

When you fill out and submit the contact form on this website, you are sending us personal data. After you click on ‘send’, the system generates an email and sends us the data you provided. We use this data only to respond to your request. We do not share this data with third parties.

Mandatory data that must be entered in the form: Name, e-mail address, subject, message.

To send a contact form, the information on data protection and data processing must be confirmed. The input of your data on our website is encrypted via HTTPS. The generated mail with your data is transmitted unencrypted. We do not share this data with third parties. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) a) DSGVO: The data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

4. Cookies

We currently do not set cookies. We also do not use cookies from third-party providers.

5. anonymous visitor statistics

Via the plugin Statify we count the calls on this website. The plugin counts which page is called how often and where the users come from (referrer). The numbers are in no way linked to your computer. An identification of individual users is not possible.

6. external services

We are embedding external services like bandcamp or SoundCloud but the connection to these services is only established if the user gives us consent. For collecting consent from the user and to then establish the connection to the respective services we are using the Plugin EmbedPrivacy.

If you click con «Always display content from [service]» a cookie will be set for this specific service on your device. The cookie is called «embed-privacy».

You can enable the connection one time or set a cookie which allows us to establish the connection anytime in the future. If you have opted in to always load a service you will see a list of these services in the next chapter.

6.1 bandcamp

This website uses the Bandcamp embedding function to display and play music from the provider «Bandcamp» (Bandcamp Inc., 1901 Broadway Oakland, CA 94612 United States). You can find an overview of the Bandcamp plugins here: http://blog.bandcamp.com/2013/06/12/all-new-players-up-twitter-too/.

When you consent to establish a connection to Bandcamp either one time or permanently your browser establishes a direct connection to Bandcamp’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Bandcamp directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Bandcamp receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Bandcamp account or are not currently logged in to Bandcamp. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Bandcamp server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Bandcamp, Bandcamp can directly assign your visit to our website to your Bandcamp account. If you interact with the plugins (such as pressing the start button of a song), this information is also transmitted directly to a Bandcamp server and stored there. The described data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Bandcamp’s legitimate interest in market research and the needs-based design of the service.
